Working with DTP software

There is a broad range of typesetting or DTP software on the market.

At Ways With Words, we work in the software packages dictated by our clients. Most commonly, we use Adobe InDesign, as well as other parts of the Creative Suite package, such as Adobe Illustrator and PhotoShop. We also use Quark Xpress for some typesetting projects, where appropriate, but we have many years’ experience typesetting foreign language projects using both software packages on Mac and PC platforms.

Other software packages we use include Adobe PageMaker and FrameMaker, as well as Microsoft Publisher and Visio.
