We were asked to typeset a 24-page brochure in simplified Chinese for client who was developing their training facilities for football teams.
The brochure was generally light on text, but we still needed to ensure that the Chinese text was placed in the most suitable position for maximum visual impact.
As is often the case, the Chinese translation was much shorter than the English, meaning we had a lot of space to play with. We also needed to ensure that the line breaks in the Chinese text were correct and that no Chinese words were split over the line.
This project was completed in Adobe InDesign and output as print-ready artwork.
